Refund Policy

At Customer Care India, we aim to provide hassle-free and reliable appliance repair services at your doorstep. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and service dissatisfaction.

1. Service Cancellation

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booked service at least 2 hours before the scheduled technician visit at no extra cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

  • The technician did not arrive at your location within the agreed time window, and no service was provided.
  • You were charged but the service could not be completed due to technician unavailability or technical issues on our end.
  • You cancel a prepaid service in accordance with the cancellation window.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Once the service has been started or completed, no refund will be issued unless there is a clear case of service defect or non-performance.
  • Any payment made toward spare parts or consumables is non-refundable after delivery or installation.
  • If incorrect appliance details were shared by the customer and the technician could not complete the service, service charges may still apply.

4. Quality Concerns & Rework

  • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must inform us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will offer free rework if the issue is directly related to the original service and not due to misuse or unrelated faults.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will only be considered after inspection and verification by our support or technician team.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • For cash-on-delivery services, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
